Kaley Kelly

Compassionate
Conversational
Humorous

Hi, I'm Kaley, a graduate therapist and Master of Social Work student at the University of South Florida. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is compassionate, conversational, and collaborative, and I want our work together to feel like a genuine conversation where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I also believe that even when life feels heavy, there's still room for humor and moments of lightness.

I'm especially interested in supporting young adults and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma, confidence, and feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. I hope to create a space where we can make sense of what you're experiencing together, build on your strengths, and help you feel more confident moving forward. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling understood, supported, and a little more hopeful about what comes next.
