Hi, I'm Josh! I'm currently completing my graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and one of the things I love most about this work is getting to genuinely connect with people and hear their stories. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, honest, and authentic space where you don't have to pretend everything is okay or have everything figured out. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, and I try to meet people with curiosity, compassion, and a little bit of humor when appropriate.
I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, and life transitions. I've spent years mentoring and working closely with college students, which has deeply shaped how I think about the challenges young people face today.
Family and community are very important to me. I love good conversations, late-night learning, and finding meaning in everyday life. My hope is that the people I work with feel a little lighter, more understood, and more confident in themselves after each session.
