I believe counseling should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I recognize that every person has a unique story, and I want to understand your experiences, challenges, and strengths without judgment or assumptions.
My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My background in chaplaincy and helping others has strengthened my ability to listen and remain present with people during difficult seasons. In our work together, I hope to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, develop practical ways to cope with challenges, and work toward meaningful changes that are important to you.
