I believe healing begins in relationship—in having a space where you can show up as you are and feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My approach is relational, strengths-based, holistic, integrative, and transpersonal, with particular experience supporting those impacted by trauma.
After more than 25 years as a music therapist, I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work, with a particular interest in youth, young adults, and families. I draw from creative and expressive practices, narrative and somatic approaches, and psychoeducation to help make sense of experiences that can be difficult to put into words. As a mixed-race, first-generation American, I bring a personal appreciation for how culture, identity, family, community, and lived experience shape who we are.
I consider it an honor to walk alongside you as we uncover your strengths, deepen self-understanding, and build greater clarity, courage, and hope as you move through life.
