I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling MA student at the City College of New York. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in communication from SUNY Fredonia, where I was involved in student affairs, community engagement, and peer mentorship. I also have experience supporting first- and second-generation immigrant young adults as they navigate cultural identity, academic challenges, and life transitions.

I approach therapy from a client-centered, multicultural perspective, grounded in an authentic therapeutic relationship and respect for each person’s unique lived experience. I draw from Rogerian and psychoanalytic frameworks while integrating existential and mindfulness-based practices. I am passionate about working with young adults and adults as they navigate life transitions, identify unhelpful patterns, and explore questions of identity, meaning, and personal growth. I strive to balance self-reflection with practical strategies for change, helping clients move toward more grounded and fulfilling lives.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy photography, reading, and all things art. You’ll often find me winding down with a warm cup of tea and finding presence in life’s simple, quiet moments.
