Grace Weiner

Hello, my name is Grace Weiner, MA, Ed. S, LAC, and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and Certified School Counselor specializing in adolescent mental health, school-based services, and family-centered care. I hold a Master of Arts and an Ed.S. in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University. I provide individual, group, and family counseling to youth with a range of emotional and behavioral needs. My clinical work focuses on developing individualized treatment plans that support emotional regulation, improve coping skills, and promote overall well-being.

I utilize strengths-based, solution-focused approach, integrating behavioral interventions, psychoeducation, and social-emotional skill building to help clients navigate challenges and build resilience. My therapeutic style is collaborative, adaptable, and client-centered. Empathy, patience, and effective communication are essential to treatment.

I have extensive experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation, as well as working with individuals facing high-risk behaviors, grief, and emotional dysregulation. I strive to meet each client where they are, providing compassionate, individualized care while empowering them to develop insight, strengthen coping strategies, and achieve wellness.
