Welcome! I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being fully yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, and I value honesty, humor, creativity, and genuine connection. I hope to create a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and feel genuinely heard.

I'm a clinical MSW intern at Columbia University School of Social Work with experience in crisis support, grief work with children, teens, adults and families, and career management and coaching. I'm especially interested in helping people navigate loss in its many forms — including bereavement, ongoing grief, relationship changes, codependency, shifts in identity, career transitions, health or a diagnosis, and the loss of the life or future you expected. My work is also informed by personal experience with grief and trauma, and by supporting loved ones through neurodivergence and illness.

As a first-generation American, LGBTQI+ adult, and career changer, I understand how identity and life experience can shape the way we move through change. My performing arts background also influences my appreciation for creative and arts-based approaches to expression and healing. Outside of therapy, I'm an animal lover with a big fur family — feel free to ask me about them. My goal is to help you find meaning, recognize your strengths, and move forward authentically.
