I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself, without judgment, pressure, or feeling like you have to have everything figured out. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and collaboration, taking time to understand not just what you are struggling with, but who you are and what matters to you.

‍

I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, life and identity transitions, chronic pain, or simply feeling overwhelmed or misunderstood. My approach draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness while recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I also enjoy bringing creativity and art into therapy when it feels helpful, offering another way to explore emotions, experiences, and ideas that may be difficult to put into words.

‍

My hope is that our work helps you feel genuinely heard and supported while building practical tools you can use outside of therapy. Together, we can find approaches that feel realistic, meaningful, and useful in your everyday life.
