👋 About Me

I want to help you improve your life, whatever that might look like for you. My name is Eleanor, and I am a final year candidate in the Master's of Mental Health Counseling program at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. I also have a BA in Classical Studies and a minor in Hispanic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.

‍In session, we will explore your present experiences, reflect on your past, and keep an eye on building the future you desire. Together, we can examine how trauma and childhood experiences influence your behaviors today. If applicable, we will also explore your relationships and attachment style. Finally, we will map out the many parts that make up the whole you. My goal? To help you gain insight into yourself, truly feel and regulate your emotions, and overall enhance the quality of your life.

The approach to your therapy will be individualized and will depend on your specific goals – you decide what you want to put in your therapeutic toolbox.
