Jennie Bokser

As a clinician, I enjoy helping clients understand the foundation of the relational problems in their lives through attachment based theories, psychodynamic work, and a consistent conversation around childhood and life experiences that shape us. As a supervisor, I guide therapists in training to better hone their clinical skills and intuition through open dialogue, challenging perspectives, and helping therapists in training understand how their own life experiences may show up in their work. I was blessed to receive excellent supervision as an intern and in my first jobs as a therapist and I am passionate about giving that sort of support and groundwork to other therapists in training. Supervision is a space where we can explore the complexities of this work while learning new skills and ways of approaching treatment with clients.
