With eight years of experience in human services, I focus on creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. I approach our work together through an integrative lens, intentionally integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, and skill-building from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to meet your unique needs. My goal is to help you build a resilience toolkit while fostering a deeper connection with yourself.
