I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally take a breath, be yourself, and talk about what you’re going through without fear of judgment. I strive to meet each client where they are, listen with compassion, and create a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I don’t believe you have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy—we can work through it together.
I especially enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults as they navigate anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, relationships, and life’s many transitions. I use a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach, incorporating CBT, play therapy, and other approaches based on what feels right for each person. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling understood, more confident in yourself, and reminded that you don’t have to navigate difficult seasons alone.
