Ciara Schirripa

I’m so proud of you for being here!
Hi, I’m Ciara and I am a Mental Health Counselor in training and am currently a 4th year School Counselor. I’m passionate about helping people prioritize their mental health, as I have struggled with my own mental health and know what it’s like to feel alone. Let me be a part of your support.

Growing up in New York City, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, which has deepened my understanding of the many challenges people face, even if I have not experienced them myself.

I specialize in working with clients dealing with generalized anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem issues. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with disabilities. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy in order to make a treatment plan that helps you feel your best.
I believe in creating a welcoming, judge-free space where you feel comfortable being yourself and working on whatever is on your mind.

We have to take care of our mind- it’s the only one we’ve got!
