Collaborative
Grounding
Conversational

Everyone deserves a safe, accepting, and empathetic space where they can feel heard and supported. I enjoy working with individuals across a variety of age groups and backgrounds, recognizing that each person brings unique experiences, strengths, and perspectives. My goal is to create an environment where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, building self-awareness, and identifying meaningful paths toward growth.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and person-centered. Rather than solving problems for my clients, I work alongside them to identify the strengths, resources, and tools they already possess or can develop. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities and using a solution-focused lens, I strive to help clients build a healthier relationship with themselves and create a more fulfilling, balanced life.

My desire is for clients to leave therapy feeling empowered, resilient, and confident in their ability to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and purpose.
