Hi there! I am a Psychotherapist Intern at Sol Health. I am completing the final year of my Master of Social Work degree at Boston University, and I am located in Southern California.
I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, empathy, humility, compassion, and deep respect for each client’s lived experiences. I enjoy working alongside thoughtful and perceptive individuals who are seeking greater self-awareness through guided self-exploration, achieving self-actualization, embracing their unique strengths and human potential, clarifying their core values to take values-congruent actions, and identifying areas for personal growth. My clinical experience includes supporting clients with self-esteem, identity exploration, anxiety, stress, depression, career and academic concerns, life transitions, relationships, and LGBTQ+ issues. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Humanistic Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), while emphasizing strengths-based, solution-focused mental health care.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, heard, and genuinely understood. Together, we can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and help you leave each session feeling empowered, hopeful, and confident in making choices that align with your values and reconnecting with a meaningful, fulfilling, and gratifying life.
