Chanse Adam Webster

Hi there! I am a therapist-in-training at Sol Health. I am in the final year of my Master of Social Work degree at Boston University, and I am located in Southern California.

I approach my therapeutic work with warmth, curiosity, empathy, humility, compassion, and a genuine respect for your lived experiences. I am grateful to work alongside thoughtful and perceptive individuals who strive to deepen their self-awareness, clarify their core values, and identify areas where they want to grow and thrive. My clinical practice has cultivated my experience to address issues concerning self-esteem, identity exploration, anxiety, stress, depression, career and academic guidance, life transitions, relationships and dating, and LGBTQ-related concerns, to name a few. I often apply approaches from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TI-CBT), and a strengths-based, solution-focused approach, among others, while prioritizing inclusivity and person-centered care.

My goal is to establish a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood. I aim to advocate for the growth of your mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being. I hope that our sessions together leave you feeling empowered, hopeful, and optimistic about making choices aligned with your core values and reconnecting with a meaningful, fulfilling, and gratifying life.
