I believe that everyone has a story to tell and counseling is a safe space to explore it. It’s an opportunity to slow down, get curious about yourself, make sense of what you’ve been through, and discover where you want to go next.
My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and maybe a little humor along the way. I want counseling to feel like a place where you can show up as your whole self - without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, beliefs, and relationships that have shaped you while making space for growth and change. I draw from approaches such as person-centered, narrative, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based, and creative techniques, tailoring our work to what feels most helpful for you.
And yes, counseling can be meaningful and challenging while still being enjoyable. Expect to laugh, be challenged, get curious, and -dare I say-have a little bit of fun along the way. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you walk through the door. We can start exactly where you are.
