“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” — Mary Oliver
Pain and uncertainty are inevitable aspects of life, yet we still get to choose how we live.
Full transparency, I bring the energy of an eldest daughter: direct, comforting, and empowering. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also challenge you when you need someone to believe in you. I feel especially aligned working with anxiety, executive dysfunction, emotional regulation, parentification, burnout, neurodivergence, overthinkers, and perfectionists. My experiences with grief and loss have shaped my life and allow me to connect deeply with those navigating their own.
I work from an integrative perspective with a strong foundation in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where I can understand not only what brought you to therapy, but also what makes you who you are.
