Are you looking for a therapist who can help you make sense of what you’re carrying, while creating space for who you’re becoming? Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationships, identity, or a major transition in your life. You may also be exploring your LGBTQIA+ identity, culture, religion, or spirituality. If so, I’d love to work with you.
Hi, I’m Ashana! I’m a first-generation graduate student from a Black and Caribbean household, and I take a person-centered and multicultural approach to therapy. I believe in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment where you can be yourself, feel supported, and take things at a pace that feels right for you.
My goal is to help you gain greater self-understanding and insight while feeling cared for throughout the process. I believe therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to know exactly where you’re going before you begin. Sometimes, you just need someone to walk alongside you as you find your way. Wherever you are in your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
