Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m honored to be part of that process. I was drawn to becoming a therapist because mental health has been part of my story for as long as I can remember, both in my family and in my own life. Growing up in a blended family gave me early insight into complex dynamics, shifting roles, and how deeply our relationships shape our sense of self. Later, moving from the smallest state to a bustling city like New York strengthened my understanding of transition, resilience, and what it means to start over.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns, and I’m especially passionate about supporting women during seasons of identity development and change. I use an integrative approach, drawing from CBT, somatic work, and mindfulness to tailor our work to your unique needs. I believe healing begins with self-awareness and self-compassion, and that the power to grow and create change already exists within you. Clients often describe our work together as warm, supportive, and grounding.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University. Outside of therapy, I recharge through reading, Pilates or yoga, and spending time with my three dogs.
