Hi, I’m Vi! Starting therapy can be a big step, and finding the right therapist for you is an important part of that process. You may be navigating life transitions, relationship concerns, questions around identity, or wanting a space to better understand yourself. I believe that you are the expert on your own experience, and together, we can explore what feels most important to you and what you want to get from therapy.
My approach is person-centered and grounded in empathy and non-judgment. I draw from different modalities, including psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, depending on your unique needs. As a current Master’s student in Mental Health Counseling, my experience at Brooklyn College’s Personal Counseling Center has included working with anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationships. In therapy, I center creating a warm, caring space where you can feel comfortable talking openly about what matters to you.
I look forward to connecting!
