Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I believe having someone you feel comfortable with can make all the difference. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I take a person-centered and collaborative approach, while also incorporating CBT and solution-focused strategies based on your individual needs and goals.
As a mom, longtime educator, and counselor-in-training, I understand how challenging it can be to balance relationships, responsibilities, stress, and life transitions. I especially enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, self-confidence concerns, relationship issues, and personal growth. I hope our work together helps you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you feel more confident moving forward.
