👋 About Me

Thanks for being here! I'm currently finishing my Master's in Counseling at the University of Louisiana Monroe, and I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, family stress, and life transitions. I'm especially drawn to working with people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to better understand themselves and where they want to go next.

My approach is centered on you: your pace, your experiences, and what feels most helpful. I believe therapy should be a space where you can explore your thoughts honestly while also making room for your emotions. Together, we can look at patterns, build practical tools, and create meaningful, realistic change that fits your life.

You can expect warmth, support, and a collaborative process. I value helping clients notice their growth, celebrate small wins, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
