👋 About Me

Hi, I’m Tova, a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling candidate at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. I offer a person-centered, relational, and psychodynamic approach grounded in empathy, warmth, and curiosity.

I use CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to support emotional safety and help explore how past experiences influence the present. Together, we’ll build coping tools, manage stress, and create self-care practices tailored to your unique values and needs.

Therapy with me is collaborative and deeply personal—I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you work toward healing and growth.
