Hello There! My name is Tiffany David, and I am currently a first year student at CUNY Queens College Masters of Mental Health Counseling program. It can be challenging to navigate the modern pressures and societal expectations of being a young adult. And as a Gen Z Latina therapist in training, I resonate with the ways that cultural dynamics impact our lives. I believe therapy to be a space in which you allow your authentic self to come forward. It is a process that could be messy and raw, but I aim to accept who you are, and meet you right where you are.
I take on a person-centered and multicultural approach to my work. I enjoy working with young adults, young women, students, people of color, and marginalized community members. However, I am very open to all walks of life! I am passionate about collaborating with clients in navigating various life challenges, anxiety, depression, family and relationship dynamics, academic stressors, and trauma.
I am dedicated to cultivating a space in which unconditional empathy, open-mindedness, curiosity, empowerment, non-judgement, and even appropriate humor could thrive in.
