Appreciate you popping by. Ever think, “I don’t know what to do,” “I can’t do anything right,” or “what’s wrong with my relationship?” Maybe talking about it will help. If the idea of therapy sounds overly formal or weird, you are not alone. I try to approach it a little differently. I am easygoing, real, and pretty informal. I believe that even when life is difficult, therapy does not have to feel cold or clinical. I keep conversations straightforward rather than full of jargon or buzzwords. Our time is very much “come as you are.” You just have to show up. We can talk about pretty much anything, including worry, relationships, intimacy, work, school, or feeling really down.
My background includes working with unhoused individuals, children who have experienced abuse, and survivors of sexual and relationship violence, as well as teaching at several universities. I have also been a radio DJ, have an enormous record collection, and love seeing live music. I enjoy connecting with people, high volumes of coffee, anime, volunteering, cool boots, and very spicy food. I welcome people of all genders and faiths, LGBTQIA+ identities, and those in nontraditional family structures or non-monogamous relationships.”
