👋 About Me

It's normal to feel out of your depth and struggling in our often chaotic world.

My name is Thaïs, and I'm a final year candidate in the Master's in Mental Health Counseling program at Queens College. I'm here to map out a collaborate and healing environment as we navigate life.

With warmth and compassion, my goal is to build a relationship in which we develop resilience in the face of anxiety, depression, family dynamics, uncertainty and all of the messiness that life can throw at us. As a long-time client in therapy myself, I know firsthand the transformative powers that a great therapeutic relationship can have.
