Down-to-earth
Motivating
Collaborative

My goal is for therapy to be a place where you feel safe being honest, especially about the parts of yourself you may not always feel comfortable sharing. I strive to be a therapist who truly listens and takes the time to understand your experience, creating a warm and nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about problems. I want you to leave with practical tools, greater self-understanding, and a sense of progress.

‍

My approach draws from person-centered, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and solution-focused therapies, with a trauma-informed perspective. As a former first responder and career changer, I bring a diverse perspective to my work and am particularly interested in supporting individuals navigating PTSD, parenting, stress, self-esteem, relationships, disabilities, and major life transitions. My hope is to help you recognize your strengths and feel more confident in your ability to move forward.
