I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges with support, understanding, and compassion. I enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, or difficulties with self-confidence.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered techniques to help you develop coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful goals.
