Hi there! I'm a BPS accredited psychotherapist with a passion for mental health and well-being. I have experience treating eating disorders, body image concerns, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, amongst others. Having lived and worked across several countries, I value meeting clients within the context of their unique cultures and life experiences.I often tell my clients that therapy is like climbing a mountain, sometimes the path is steady, and other times you may need to pause, reassess, or find a new route. My role is to climb alongside you, offering support, reflection, and a non-judgmental space to show up as your authentic self, better understand your thoughts and feelings, and build a toolbox to cope with whatever life brings. I hold a Master’s in Psychology of Mental Health from the University of Edinburgh and am currently completing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at New York Institute of Technology, with training in the UK through the NHS and the National Centre for Eating Disorders. Before becoming a therapist, I studied Theatre Management at Syracuse University and worked in marketing and business development. I’ve always loved understanding people and the stories that shape them. Outside of therapy, I love languages, am a cockapoo parent to Bella, and crochet. I look forward to getting to know you.
