Stephanie Lin

Hi! I’m Stephanie, a therapist-in-training here at Sol Health. As a first-generation Chinese American, born and raised in NYC, I truly understand the challenges of navigating identity, family expectations, and cultural differences. I've also lived abroad for over a decade in Hawaii, Israel, China and Taiwan, and these experiences shape my worldview and openness to alternative ways of thinking and being.

My passion is supporting clients seeking emotional healing, navigating relationship challenges, working through anxiety, or carrying the weight of family trauma. I create a compassionate space for deep listening, radical honesty, and gentle exploration. As a highly sensitive person, I also love sharing tools to help people stay grounded and feel safe expressing their true selves.

My approach blends traditional and holistic practices—drawing from CBT-style thought work, guided meditation, inner child work, and Family Constellations. Alongside my clinical training in mental health, I also have an MA in Buddhist Studies from Columbia University, over a decade as a coach and Reiki practitioner, and experience as a crisis counselor with 988. I enjoy yoga, dance, and time in Nature!
