👋 About Me

You might be feeling stuck, disconnected, or caught in thoughts of not being “enough.” I’m here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore what’s weighing on you and gently shift patterns that no longer serve you.

Hi there, I'm Sonia and I'm currently completing my Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Baruch College. I work with young adults and adults who struggle with self-criticism, relationship challenges, lack of emotional safety, or intergenerational trauma. My approach balances holding space for whatever you’re experiencing with collaborating on practical steps toward your goals.

I’m based in New York City and grew up in Asia before moving to the U.S., where I studied psychology and business at the University of Pennsylvania. Before training as a therapist, I worked in high-pressure corporate settings, which informs my understanding of stress, burnout, and identity challenges. Together we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded and equipped to navigate life’s ups and downs.
