Looking for a place to set it all down in this wild, exhausting, and overwhelming world? Let’s create a space together, a nonjudgmental, collaborative environment where you can show up as your full self. You deserve a space to explore you. You don’t have to edit who you are here. I take a holistic, trauma-informed, and eclectic approach to therapy—because healing is never one-size-fits-all. You know yourself best. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, cycles, traumas, and life experiences that may be shaping your present.

As an artistic, sex-positive, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and neurodivergent-friendly professional, I bring creativity, curiosity, and depth to the therapeutic space. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and lived experiences, especially those who have felt othered, silenced, or unseen. I have a particular interest in working with clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, anxiety or PTSD, identity questions, and transitions. In our work, I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and art therapy.

I understand that healing isn’t linear, and I honor the courage it takes to show up. Therapy with me is a space to reconnect with your body, your truth, and your voice on your own terms.
