Shannon Moran

Looking for a place to set it all down in this wild, exhausting and overwhelming world? Let’s create a space together—a nonjudgmental, collaborative environment where you can show up as your full self. You deserve a space to explore you. You don’t have to edit who you are here.

I take a holistic, trauma-informed, and eclectic approach to therapy—because healing is never one-size-fits-all. You know yourself best. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, cycles, traumas, and life experiences that may be shaping your present. Whether you are navigating emotional overwhelm, trauma, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, or healing from past wounds, I will walk with you as a compassionate witness and collaborative guide.

As an artistic, sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodivergent-friendly therapist, I bring creativity, curiosity, and depth into the therapeutic space. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and lived experiences, especially those who have felt othered, silenced, or unseen. I have particular interest in working with clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, anxiety or PTSD, identity questions, and transitions.I

n our work, I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and art therapy—weaving in creative and somatic tools for clients who are drawn to healing beyond just talk. My style is relational, intersectional, and deeply human. I understand that healing isn’t linear, and I honor the courage it takes to show up. Therapy with me is a space to reconnect with your body, your truth, and your voice—on your own terms.

Let’s co-create a space where you feel empowered, affirmed, and free to be your authentic self.
