Sarah Silverman

When we face grief, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, we’re not just moving through events—we’re moving through parts of ourselves. I see therapy as walking alongside you, creating space for whatever arises with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. Together, we can explore how your experiences live in your body, shape your relationships, and are influenced by your environment.

I’m a therapist-in-training completing my Master of Social Work at Columbia University. I am a Mayo Clinic-trained health and wellness coach, with additional training in trauma-informed care, grief therapy, and integrative practices. My approach is holistic and rooted in meeting you where you are. Depending on your goals, I draw from mindfulness, somatic practices, CBT, art therapy, and ecotherapy, while also considering how your inner experiences are shaped by relationships, community, and larger systems.

Outside of sessions, I love surfing, hiking, experimenting in the kitchen, spending time with family, and catching live music.
