👋 About Me

When we face grief—whether from the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, pregnancy or reproductive loss, illness or disability, climate grief, or changes in identity and community—we’re not just moving through events, we’re moving through parts of ourselves. I see therapy as walking alongside you, creating space for whatever is present with curiosity and compassion. Together we can explore how your experiences live in your body, shape your thoughts and feelings, and are influenced by your relationships. Alongside grief work, I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

I am completing my Master's of Social Work at Columbia University, with training as a Mayo Clinic Health and Wellness Coach, and in trauma-informed care, grief therapy, and integrative practices. My approach is holistic and rooted in meeting you where you are. Depending on your goals, I draw from mindfulness, somatic practices, CBT, art therapy, and ecotherapy.

Outside of sessions, I love surfing, hiking, cooking, and live music.
