I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel seen, valued, and empowered. My path to becoming a therapist is shaped by my passion for mental health and my belief in the power of therapy to transform lives. I see therapy as a process of growth and self-discovery, where clients can gain new perspectives, build coping skills, and reconnect with their strengths.
My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, and I often integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices. I tailor sessions to meet each client’s unique needs, whether they are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. I aim to provide both compassion and practical tools so clients can feel supported while also moving toward meaningful change.
I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Social Work at Binghamton University with the goal of becoming a licensed clinical social worker. My clinical training includes working with young adults and adults across diverse backgrounds, and I am dedicated to practicing through a culturally responsive and affirming lens. It is an honor to walk alongside clients as they take steps toward healing and growth.
