Therapy isn’t just about changing or fixing ourselves, it can take the shape of a conversation where you let down your walls and talk about whatever is occupying your mind, whether it feels big or small. To me, that starts with giving your thoughts and emotions enough space to observe them clearly before deciding whether the goal is change, acceptance, or simply better understanding.
From there, we can move at your pace together and follow what feels important. Along the way, we can make sense of what keeps showing up and what seems to pull you in certain directions. I value working with people who feel stuck or unsure of themselves and want to build a stronger sense of self-respect and trust in their own decisions. My hope is that our work together helps you become more aware of what’s happening inside you, so your thoughts and emotions can inform your choices without automatically making them for you.
