I am a graduate student intern completing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. I hold a Bachelor’s in Health Science from the University of West Florida and have a strong background in healthcare, with a lifelong passion for helping others.
My counseling approach is person-centered, meeting clients where they are and creating space to process and understand feelings. As a U.S. Army veteran, I bring experience navigating high-stress environments. My work with diverse populations—including LGBTQ+ individuals, teen parents, adolescents, children, and adults—has prepared me to support clients of all ages facing trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, and grief.
Having overcome my own challenges, I believe life is our greatest teacher. I am committed to helping others build coping skills and move forward on their journey toward healing and resilience.
