Currently, I am a final year Master's of Social Work candidate at Georgia State University. As a social worker and therapist-in-training, I balance practical tools and creativity to support your healing journey. My goal is to co-create a collaborative space where we can listen to what’s alive in you and work together toward balance and ease.
If you are working to feel safe in your own body, let’s connect. Our work will be rooted in moving at your pace and leading with curiosity. My role is to hold a nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely. Many of my clients find that within the first few sessions, they begin to gain clarity about their healing and feel empowered to take the next steps. I specialize in supporting clients to develop tangible coping skills for anxiety, depression, and overwhelm. We can also explore how connection to nature and spirituality supports health and resilience.
My approach draws from years of land stewardship and community organizing. I use a horticultural therapy lens that honors humans as animals interconnected with all life. I integrate this perspective with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed practices to help us explore the full ecosystem of your life — body, mind, spirit, relationships, and environment.
