👋 About Me

If you’re ready to explore the parts of yourself no one else gets to see, you’re in the right place. I work with young adults, supporting those navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment challenges, and major life transitions. It’s okay to not be okay — therapy can be a safe space to slow down, reflect, and take a breath while figuring out what matters most to you.

In our work together, we’ll explore past experiences, heal old wounds, set healthy boundaries, and develop practical tools to regulate emotions and manage stress. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you are empowered to understand yourself, gain clarity, and gradually take meaningful steps toward growth. My approach blends empathy, validation, and guidance while honoring your pace and comfort, so you can feel lighter, more resilient, and more like yourself.

Through my experiences in mental health settings, I’ve supported clients in discovering strengths they didn’t know they had, learning to care for themselves, and navigating challenging moments with courage and insight. I aim to create a space where you can reflect on difficult emotions without judgment, uncover patterns that might be holding you back, and find hope in the possibilities ahead.
