Hi, I'm Parham, a graduate student in the School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin and a therapist-in-training. I support people navigating mental and physical health challenges, viewing wellbeing as a conversation between the body, mind, and rhythms of everyday life.
In sessions, you can expect a warm, invested partnership grounded in genuine curiosity about your unique story. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach, drawing on cognitive behavioral, motivational, and solution-focused frameworks to support your values and goals. I often think of therapy as map-making, where we name obstacles, orient ourselves, and explore paths that feel supportive and sustainable.
I use an ecological-systems perspective, which means we look beyond symptoms to understand how your relationships, environments, and daily realities shape your wellbeing. My hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, more connected to your strengths, and better equipped to move forward with intention and self-trust.
