Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and talk about the things that can be hard to explain to the people in your life. As a therapist, I strive to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you can be yourself and don’t have to worry about saying the “right” thing. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, honest, and human.
As a Gen Z therapist, I’m especially passionate about working with Gen Z clients navigating anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, school, career decisions, and major life transitions. Growing up in a world shaped by social media, constant comparison, and pressure to have everything figured out can be overwhelming. I want to help you better understand yourself, feel more confident in your decisions, and find ways to navigate life that feel authentic to you.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Wherever you are, we can start there.
