👋 About Me

Hi there! I'm Noelle, a final year MSW candidate at Loyola University. I have a background in trauma support, crisis response, and social work, and my clinical interests include survivors of trauma, people in life transitions, and those seeking resilience and self-trust.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, blending talk therapy with somatic practices to help clients reconnect with their bodies. Because trauma lives in both mind and nervous system, I support clients in noticing and regulating physical responses alongside emotional ones. I aim to shape our work around your needs and pace so therapy feels like a space that truly fits you.
