👋 About Me

I am an Afro-Latinx mom from Brooklyn, NY.  My practice is intersectional and trauma-informed. I draw from various modalities to co-create a plan with you that fits your unique needs. I am committed to meeting you where you are, holding space for difficult conversations, and centering on the strengths you already have in our work.

My professional background includes working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, families facing interpersonal or systemic violence, children from migrant households, and neurodivergent youth. As I pursue my MSW with Columbia University and move toward licensure, I am interested in palliative care, black maternal health, and modalities such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Somatic therapy.

We may be a good fit if you may not have all the words to name what you’re experiencing, but are ready to start, and want someone in your corner.
