I draw from psychodynamic and mindfulness-based techniques to help you build clarity, confidence, and coping tools tailored to your needs. My approach is flexible, supportive, and centered on empowering you to better understand yourself and manage life’s challenges.
I completed my BS in psychology from UT Austin (hook em horns!) and MSW through East Texas A&M, focused on mental health services for individuals and families. Outside of sessions, I enjoy practicing yoga, reading a good book, and spending time with loved ones. I’m honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
