Monique Adderly

Meaningful change begins in a space where people feel seen, heard, understood, and safe. My approach is collaborative, grounded in empathy, and informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical strategies for life's challenges. Together, we build on strengths and develop tools that support healing, resilience, personal growth, and inner peace.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade supporting individuals through life transitions, workplace challenges, and personal development as an executive coach and human resources leader. This work deepened my understanding of how change, stress, relationships, identity, and major life events affect emotional well-being.

I work with adults from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds across life stages. As a parent of three, including a child with special needs, I also bring firsthand experience navigating educational and support systems, strengthening my understanding of resilience, caregiving, advocacy, and family challenges. Whether you're facing anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, caregiving responsibilities, or a life transition, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to gain insight, build confidence, and create meaningful change.
