Hi, I’m Mia, a graduate therapist with experience working with individuals and families navigating mental health concerns, life transitions, and other challenging circumstances. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, talking openly, and knowing that you are being heard without judgment.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on meeting you where you are. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, work through challenges, and make changes that feel meaningful and realistic for their lives.
You do not have to come to therapy with everything figured out. My goal is to provide a supportive space where we can explore what is important to you and work toward your goals together.
