I love the privilege of walking alongside people navigating life's in-between moments—the transitions that unravel who you thought you were and ask you to rebuild, piece by piece. Being human means holding complexity: the weight of past experiences, the stories we tell ourselves, the courage it takes to be vulnerable and ask for what we need. This work is uncertain and honest, and on the other side of it is real clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. As we go, we'll walk side by side at the pace you set.

I'm a graduate therapist at Sol Health, and I take a Person-Centered approach, meaning you set the direction, and I'm here to support you without judgment. I also draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help shift the patterns keeping you stuck, and I'm especially interested in incorporating motivational interviewing to help you connect with what matters most to you. I bring a culturally responsive lens, honoring how your identity and lived experience shape your story. You can expect warmth, directness, and genuine investment in your growth. This process is yours—I'm here to support it.
