👋 About Me

Hi! I’m a clinical counseling intern with experience in working with individuals identifying as athletes, students, young adults, transgender or in transition individuals, individuals working through trauma, and children. I have a background in working through anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, life transitions, and trauma.

Based on what benefits you the most, we will incorporate many techniques including Solutions-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to name a few. These techniques will help you find strengths within yourself, emphasize empowerment, and grow your well-being for your future self. I believe that every person has the strength to solve problems or concerns that they have. It is my job to help navigate or find these strengths within you. You have already shown strength by deciding to come to therapy!

I am currently in my third year of my master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling at Eastern Michigan University. I anticipate graduating in August 2026. I earned my bachelor’s degree in both Psychology and Spanish from Albion College in 2023, where I was a dual sport student-athlete in basketball and lacrosse. For fun I enjoy exercising and going on outside adventures. Looking forward to meeting and working alongside you!
