Culturally attuned
Compassionate
Empowering

Everyone goes through times in their lives that feel overwhelming or hopeless. Having been there myself, I understand what a huge difference a caring, knowledgeable therapist can make.

My life has taken me through multiple careers and into a variety communities, allowing me to connect with people from many cultures, circumstances, and walks of life.

I especially enjoy working with BIPOC clients, helping them understand how race, gender, sexual orientation, and other identities impact their lives. I also enjoy helping clients understand how the past impacts their present, as well as supporting clients undergoing significant transitions. I have experience with trauma and PTSD, supporting clients on their healing journey.

My clients often feel understood in meaningful ways, appreciating my insight that gives them tools to set healthy boundaries and navigate difficult relationships and situations.

I would love to explore if this could be a supportive therapeutic relationship for this season of your life!
