Prior to becoming a therapist-in-training I held a successful career in real estate finance, so I understand first hand the lingering effects of working in a high-stress environment. I want to help young professionals find purpose and satisfaction in life, whether that means learning to conquer anxiety and stress at work or exploring identity and values outside of work. My approach to therapy blends humanism, for self-conceptualization and self-actualization, with psychodynamic narrative therapy, for understanding and re-authoring the story of your life. I am passionate about helping my clients build actionable plans that complement their daily lives so they can feel confident and self-sufficient outside our sessions. I believe that with compassion and support we are all capable of personal growth, and I make an effort to be culturally and trauma informed in my work with clients.
