👋 About Me

Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. I'm Lainey, a final year candidate in the Master's in Mental Health Counseling program at Midwestern State University. I came into this work because I care deeply about helping people improve their quality of life and find peace—especially when things feel overwhelming.

I grew up in a small town and a big family, where I learned the importance of connection and showing up for one another. My own experiences with trauma, anxiety, and depression shape how I approach therapy—with empathy, honesty, and deep respect for each person’s journey.

You can expect a supportive space where you feel heard and understood. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want.
